1. Delivery in Pakistan

Replicas Planet offers free delivery all over Pakistan.

Delivery time may vary depending on city, courier service, product availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other reasons beyond our control.

2. International Delivery

We also accept international orders where delivery service is available.

For orders outside Pakistan, courier charges will apply according to:

  • Country/destination

  • Parcel weight

  • Courier company rates

  • Delivery service selected

International shipping charges will be confirmed with the customer before dispatch.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation of customer details and payment method.

For advance payment orders, dispatch will be done after payment confirmation.

Customized, stitched, bridal, formal, or special orders may require extra processing time.

4. Delivery Information

Customers must provide correct delivery details, including:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Complete address

  • City and country

  • Nearby landmark, if needed

Replicas Planet will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

5. Courier Delays

Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to courier issues, holidays, weather, customs clearance, or other situations beyond our control.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply according to the destination country. These charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned due to wrong address, customer unavailability, refusal to receive, or incorrect contact number, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
