Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer.

Items that are damaged, used, or returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
